I tell everyone this: don’t breathe! Minimum breathing. Maybe one breath a couple strokes before you turn then try to hold it till the middle then breathe then jut kick the hell out of the water. I like to say don’t Breathe between the flags and take 2 strokes after your turn. But I don’t do that… Lmfao
